We do not have Tournament Officials in Masters. The players are expected to play the round on their own with the assitance when needed of the other players in their group. This includes keeping their own score and arbitrating the rules.
Spectators are not allowed on the course including the tee boxes, fairways and greens, but should be trailing the entire group being watched while staying on or behind the cart path.
We do allow for carting between holes when it is not reasonable to make the walk to assist in pace of play, but all golfers need to be given this opportunity, without anyone hangin outside of the carts.
Spectators are not allowed to coach the players during play, which includes during the play of a hole or in between holes, whether on the tee box or walking from Green-to-Tee
